The user details are usually entered when you register as a payer with Wise-Pay. You can edit the user details later through the My Details screen. Your merchant can also change these details on your behalf.
Follow these steps to change you user details:
- Navigate to Settings > My Details to view the Wise-Pay Settings page.
On the General tab, modify one or more of the following fields:
First Name, Last Name, Email, Username, Contact Number
NOTE: 'Email' is the email address used to receive notifications, and 'Username' is the email address used to login.- You can also click Change Password to change your password.
- Click Save to save the settings.
Note:
If you forgot the password, you can reset it through the login page or ask your merchant to send you a reset link.
