How do I reset my Password on Wise-Pay?

To reset your password using Wise-Pay try the following:

  • Actions > from the Wise-Sync login screen
  • Actions > Select forgot my password

  • Ensure the User name/Email address is correct
  • Action > Select Reset Password

  • Ensure you have the correct details or the following error message will occur
  • If this is the case contact Paul for support

  • You should now receive an email asking you to follow a link. (the link is valid for two days so unsure you click the link to reset your password)

  • Insert your new password and confirm to ensure it validates.
