We experienced an unexpected outage in our production environment (https://secure2.wise-sync.com) this morning on and off starting at 3:40 am AEST.
Users were unable to access the web facing Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay applications during this time.
What have we done about it?
We are actively investigating the root cause and working to get service restored as soon as possible.
Update 6:40 am AEST the root cause has been identified and we are working to resolve the issue.
Update 6:50am AEST - Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay services have been restored.
