We experienced an unexpected partial outage in our production environment (https://secure2.wise-sync.com) this morning from 9.55am - 10.05am AEDT.
Users were not able to access the web facing Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay applications during this time.
What are we doing about it?
We've found that there were performance issues which resulted in the primary web server being uncontactable. This was resolved by our product team as a high priority. We have confirmed that the outage did not effect processing of automatic payments or other guest payment service flows.
